Bike Walk Town’s league certified cycling instructor, Stephen Mirksy will be at Mendham High School’s Community day and teaching two short one-hour sessions on how drivers and people on bikes can happily get along on the road.
This is the first ever Mendham Community Day and it looks like a great event! Details below:

Sunday, April 26 – 1:30 – 5:30 pm
Mendham High School
Chester and Mendham Community Families and individuals are invited to come and enjoy an afternoon of workshops and presentations. Keynote Speaker, Maggie Doyne, a resident of Mendham and of Nepal who built an orphanage and is now the mother of 50+ children, will open the event.
Enjoy a variety of one- hour workshops or presentations from 2:30-5:30.
Admission fee includes access to all activities and sign-up for 3 specific workshops.
Cost of admission is: $10 for HS Students/Seniors, $20 for adults or $40 for a family.
Proceeds from the event will be go to support Maggie Doyne ‘s Orphanage, and to the non-profit organization Providing Academic Vision & Enrichment (PAVE) set-up to by former Mendham HS student to provide volunteer community education for students from Newark.
